Due to the specialized nature of our items, we cannot accept all returns. We do not accept returns of expired tests. SensaMetrix Smell Training Kits are guaranteed for six months from the date of manufacture. Any order that was received and was either incorrectly sent or damaged, SensaMetrix will process the return once notified.
Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS/UPS Ground from our facility in Haddon Heights NJ. Please allow at least 5–7 business days for your order to be shipped. If you require your order immediately, expedited shipping may be available if inventory permits and for an additional fee.
Within the USA, add 6% to the total order; within Canada and Mexico, add 15% to the total order; within Western Europe and South America, add 20% to the total order; Eastern Europe Africa, Australia, Japan and Asia, add 25% to the total order; and the rest of the world, add 25% to the total order. There is a minimum shipping charge of $20.00 for anywhere in the United States; $20.00 for Canada and Mexico; $25.00 for Western Europe and South America; $30.00 for Eastern Europe, Africa, Australia, Japan and Asia; and $35 for the rest of the world. Payment must be received on foreign orders before shipment. International bank fees should not be deducted from payment.
